1. Investment Management

mgtrade provides professional investment management services in Forex and cryptocurrencies. By investing with us, you authorize us to manage your funds and engage in secure, profitable trading on your behalf.

2. Account Creation and Management

To use mgtrades services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content if you are in breach of applicable laws, these Terms, or any other applicable terms and conditions.

3. Offers, Prices, Subscription, and Payment

All investment plans are subject to the Terms mentioned here. Prices are exclusive of taxes and additional expenses, subject to change. Subscription plans are offered for fixed amounts, with automatic invoicing based on your selected plan.

4. Acceptable Use of mgtrade Services

You agree not to engage in any illegal activities while using mgtrade. Misuse of the platform for unauthorized purposes or promoting discriminatory behaviour is strictly prohibited.

5. Withdrawal, Admin Deduction, and Rank Income

Members can withdraw funds within specified limits. An administrative fee is deducted from each withdrawal, credited back to your utility wallet. To qualify for Rank Income, you must maintain the required business in each leg.

6. General Terms and Conditions

• Registration: Each member is allowed one account per email.
• Joining Package: Packages start from $100.
• Daily Income: Credited Monday to Friday.
• Direct Referral Income: Provided one time only.
• Downline Share Criteria: Specific criteria must be met to receive a share of downline members' earnings.
• Investment Returns: Reinvestment is necessary after reaching 3X earnings. For active members, 5X return includes Daily Income, Direct Income, and Downline Share.
• Withdrawal Limit: Once daily.
• Rank Income Requirement: Maintain the required business in each leg for Rank Income.
• Rank Income Allocation: Credited to your Fund wallet for reinvestment purposes.
• Investment Requirement: Invest before directs to benefit from direct sponsor income and other streams.
• Terms and Conditions: Subject to change; users will be informed of modifications.

14. Company Closure and Investor Responsibilities

In the unlikely event that mgtrade ceases its operations for any reason, including but not limited to closure, bankruptcy, or regulatory issues, mgtrade shall not be held liable for any financial losses, including investments made by users. Users are solely responsible for their investment decisions and are encouraged to exercise due diligence before participating in any investment programs.

Upon company closure, mgtrade will make reasonable efforts to facilitate the withdrawal of available funds to its users within a specified period, subject to prevailing market conditions and applicable regulations. However, mgtrade shall not be responsible for any delays or difficulties in processing withdrawals caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to technical issues, regulatory constraints, or force majeure events.
